What does this cost our brand?
Nothing. There are no fees, retainers or minimum orders. We buy your products at wholesale and earn our margin from sales in Japan.
What if the pre-order campaign does not sell?
Then no order is placed and nothing is owed. After the six month trial, either side can simply walk away. All we ask up front is one or two samples for photos and creators.
Why does it need to be exclusive?
Translation, ads and creator work only pay off if one partner builds the brand in Japan. Exclusivity also keeps resellers from undercutting each other on price.
Who handles customers, returns and warranty?
We do, in Japanese. Warranty terms are agreed per product so Japanese customers get the same promise your customers get at home.
Do you work with brands from any country?
